Ordering information

Place all orders through the website and ensure the delivery information is correct. For custom order or product inquiries, please email us at customerservices@willfors.ch.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at the checkout.

As the accessories are made to order it can take up to 2 weeks to produce product.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please email us at customerservices@willfors.ch.

Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Incorrect/Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us directly at customerservices@willfors.ch to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.

Once your order has been placed, we are not able to make changes or cancel your order, however, our usual returns process is available.

If you have made an error in your delivery address, please email us at customerservices@willfors.ch immediately. If your order has already been shipped, WILLFORS accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is correct.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

WILLFORS reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
